I know what it’s like to look successful on paper while feeling like your brain is making everything harder than it needs to be.
By most measures, I was doing great. I graduated at the top of my class from Harvard, worked alongside some of the world’s leading psychology researchers, led design at a global textile company, managed digital content for an L.A.-based apparel company, and held a senior leadership role at a neurodiverse theatre company.
Behind the résumé was a very different experience.
I spent much of my twenties caught in perfectionism, worry, and overthinking. I could analyze a problem from every conceivable angle and still have absolutely no idea what to do about it.
I was capable, ambitious, and very self-aware. But I was using an enormous amount of energy just to be me.

Then, in 2018, I suffered a traumatic brain injury that left me wondering whether the professional life I had worked so hard to build was over.
Recovery forced me to understand my brain in an entirely new way. I could no longer rely on pushing harder. I had to pay attention to my energy and the conditions that allowed me to thrive.
Eventually, I returned to work, was promoted, and began working with my first coach as I stepped into the new role.
That experience changed the trajectory of my career.
Coaching taught me to trust my own thinking, work with my brain instead of against it, and build success around how I naturally functioned.
I became fascinated by what becomes possible when we treat the brain as our greatest advantage. That fascination ultimately led me to become a coach and is the foundation of the work I do today.
Now, as a Cognitive Performance & Executive Coach, I help high-achieving people understand the brain behind how they think, work, lead, and create so they can perform at their best without sacrificing themselves in the process.
Together, we’ll uncover how you make decisions, manage your energy, navigate complexity, and access your most creative thinking then build practical strategies around the way you naturally function.
Because the goal isn’t to make you better at enduring what isn’t working, follow a more perfect routine, or squeeze even more into an already-full day.
It’s to help you recognize what’s worth stretching for, what needs to change, and meet both with greater capacity so you can become more effective, energized, creative, and fulfilled as yourself.
